Function:

This machine function to transfer PCB from Upstream machine to Downstream machine. It can function in two different modes:

• Linking mode:

In this mode the machine function to transfer PCB from Upstream to Downstream machine through communication signal.

• Inspection Mode:

In this mode, it functions similarly to a Linking conveyor with an additional check feature for visual inspection of PCB. The PCB will be held at the check sensor position of the conveyor for inspection. A RELEASE push button is catered on the machine to resume its PCB transfer after inspection.

Only one PCB is allowed on the machine during each cycle of transfer.
