Machine Description:

The machine is fully automatic, computer controlled printer of highest precision as well as short tooling and cycle periods.

The rigid frame contains the upper section and the manoeuvrable printing table. The upper section is secured   by a forward and rearward hood.

The upper section houses the stencil mount and the precision squeegee head.

The Stencil frame is repeat accurately locked into the mount.

Principally the stencil is fixed and the PCB will be aligned to the stencil.

The stencil guide width is adjusted manually and fixed pneumatically.

Motor drive adjustment of the stencil guide is available as an option.

The camera system consist of two cameras in one casing featuring a belt drive and a CAN-BUS system for drive motor control.

The squeegee pressure is generated pneumatically maintained even across the total print range by means of a proportional valve.

The overall machine is controlled by a machine computer. Print programs may be pre-selected and saved/stored.

Operating the machine is effected via a very comfortable and easy to learn graphical user interface.

The system software is Windows-compatible and the system features a high resolution VDU (monitor).

Storage capacity is only limited by the hard disc. On request the machine may be integrated into an on site network.

The X5 Professional Large print system was developed especially for printing very large print formats.

The printing system can be used for solder paste and/ or glue application on PCB’s, ceramics or glass substrates, with an extended printing area of up to max 660 x 550mm.
