Function:

This machine function to transfer PCB from Upstream machine to Downstream machine. It can function in two different modes:

• Linking mode:

In this mode the machine function to transfer PCB from Upstream to Downstream machine through communication signal.

• Inspection Mode:

In this mode, it functions similarly to a Linking conveyor with an additional check feature for visual inspection of PCB. This will allow the PCB to stop at conveyor’s check sensor position for inspection. After inspection press Release push button to resume its PCB transfer.

Only one PCB is allowed on the machine during each cycle of transfer.
