Non Bypass Mode:

The machine functions to load bare PCB’s onto a production line. Basically, it is made up of two pickup unit and a conveyor.

Bare PCB’s are manually placed inside the machine (beneath the conveyors). When the conveyor is empty, the conveyor will widen to allow the pickup units (2x) to lower itself to pick up the highest board from the stack of bare PCB’s found beneath the conveyor. The conveyor will return back to its width size and the bare PCB is placed onto the conveyor. Thereafter, the PCB is transferred to downstream machine through communication signal.

Bypass Mode

When the machine operates under bypass mode, the pickup unit is at rest while only the conveyor is at work. PCB’s are transferred directly from upstream machine to downstream machine through communication signals.
